Blake and Penn Party in NYC for Halloween « Watch Gossip Girl Online

What did you get up to for Halloween this year? If you partied in the New York city area, then you might have run across Serena and Dan or Blake and Penn, out of their Gossip Girl characters. NYdailynews.com tells us that the couple were spotted celebrating Halloween at the Svedka Vodka Adult Playground Party. Oohh, doesn’t sound very PG.

Coincidentally, it was also Penn Badgley’s 23rd birthday and they later moved the celebration at 1Oak. Blake reportedly dressed up as a brunette flight attendant and Penn went for a vintage look in a 1970s basketball attire!
