Some Gossip Girl Spoilers to Whet Your Appetite

While Gossip girl may be down and out untilMarch, there really is no reaosn why we can’t still be excited for what’s to come! There are spoilers all abound, and let me share with you some I’ve heard being whispered around!

Expect the second half of the season to be all about Little J and then some. She’s supposed to have a big storyline in the works, including a love triangle! We wonder who will be paired up with her, and who will be able to handle this feisty character!

Serena wil als have a big second half, where she will meet her father. As to who he is, we don’t know yet as that part hasn’t been cast! We imagine a tall, blonde man!

Bree Williamson Comes Back to GG

Remember Blair’s short-lived BFF who turned out to be a high-class call girl? The actress who played her was actually Bree Williamson and TV.com is reporting that she isn’t wuite done with Gossip Girl just yet!

Word on the street is that Bree is about to make a comeback on the show and has begun filming. What do you think she will bring to the show? We hope she won’t stir up trouble for Serena and Blair, or Blair and Chuck for that matter.

We’re waiting for the producers to release more word on this piece of news.

Gossip Girl has proven to be so popular that’s it’s crossing all forms of media! The series started out with books, and then, the popular tv show that we all love! Now, it’s gone over another platform- the manga, loosely transalated as Japanese style comic books.

Released by Yes Yen Press, the manga called Gossip Girl;For Your Eyes only will be written in English. You can also count on a new issue once every month.

Will you be reading the GG Manga? We’re kind of curious to see how this one translates!

No Gossip Girl Until March!

After a great episode, The Debarted, we’re afraid we have some bad news. Our questions about Chuck and his long lost or dead mom will have to wait! The Debarted was the fall season ender and we’re sad to say there won’t be any more Gossip Girl until March 8. Till then, we’ll be treated to Season 3 reruns so it will be the perfect time to catch up!

But don’t worry, not all Gossip Girl is leaving you! We’ll still be around updating you on what our favorite cast members will be up to during the break!

Leighton Has A New Project with Gwyneth and Tim McGraw

We have great news for all Leighton fans out there! The word from TV.com is that Miss Blair will soon be starring in a drama alongside big names like Gwyneth Paltrow and country singer Tim McGraw!

The film is called ‘Love Don’t Let Me Down” and it is supposed to be a romantic film with messy relationships all around! Leighton is supposed to play a beauty-queen that turns into a singer. We think they have the beauty and singing part cast perfectly!

Shooting is said to start in January in 2010. We’re sure to give you a follow up of this soon enough!

The Debarted Dissected

OMG, where do I begin to talk about this weeks Gossip Girl episode, “The Debarted”?! I absoultely loved it and personally thought it was a great episode, maybe in fact, on of the best episodes ever since Gossip Girl started and without a doubt, hands-down the best episode of the season!

Where do we begin? What a creep Trip turned out to be! A slimy, low-life creep! He was such a wimp to be pushed around by his cold, sallow looking wife and didn’t even stand up for Serena! In fact, he even went as far as to move her and frame her for the accident! He couldv’e done more damage, broken more bones or God knows what! Trip has officially gone on our most hated list, along with his wife Maureen. What business did she have, telling Rufus about the letter? I’m not even sure what she had to gain from it! These two lowlives really deserve each other and I for one am glad that Trip is trapped in a marriage with that horrible monster!

As for Serena, when will she ever learn? Is this the episode that she finally does? I hope and pray this is the last time she falls for the wrong guy! Are you with me in hoping that the accident jolts her senses and makes her realize that the guy who loves her is Nate! The guy who stayed in the hospital with her! If that’s not love, then I don’t know what is! Come on Gossip Girl producers and writers, give Nate a break already! We just want to see him happy with S!

As for Blair, it was so nice to see her well, nice side this week. Who knew Blair could be such a nice friend and girlfriend all at the same time?! There was no better timing though as Chuck faced a hell of a day! We were wrong when we expected bart to appear as a Christmas ghost! Sorry about theat! he was just there plauging Chuck on the day of his first anniversary! At first, wr thought Chuck was going crazy, and we were a bit worried! But he comes around, and gives Blair the sweetest hug/kiss ever! We so swooned! Big surprise about that lady in the cemetery though! Could she really be Chuck’s mom? The suspense just might kill us!

We also have to get it out there that we still hate Jenny and will probably never like her! Eric, don’t fall for her! Jenny is a fake, and a drug pusher to boot! Let’s hope the season ends with her behind bars! That would totally make our year! Jenny makes a lousy Queen and we can’t wait to see her get stripped off her crown!

We also have to wonder, what is in the letter? Did Lily go to see Serena’s dad? Did something really happen with them? What will happen to her and Rufus now, especially with Rufus’ new co-op friend in the picture! The dark clouds are finally here for these 2!

Ahhh so many surprises and so many things to look out for! Thank God Gossip Girl has gotten it’s spark back this week! Let’s hope for the same things to happen for the next! xoxo

Blake on Saturday Night Live

Who caught Blake Lively hosting Saturday Night Live on Saturday? What did you think of her stint as host?

A lot of people seem to be on the fence with it, with loyal fans saying she rocked it, and others saying she wasn’t really very funny. Blake found herself doing many things. She first sang a song with the muppets to open up the show, which didn’t go off so very well. However, she looked amazing in her dress in that scene which sort of makes us forgive her!

She also appears in a “mom jeans” attire, played Tiger Wood’s soon to be ex-wife, and was a good sport in the Gossip Girl paradoy! We have to say that Blake wasn’t too shabby, and we admire her great sense of humor!

The Debarted Spoilers

Are you all ready for “The Debarted”? That’s what’s showing this Monday! Here’s a sneak peek of what’s going to go down!

Chuck is feeling a bit Scrooge-like for Christmas and of course, needs something major to give him the Christmas Spirit! What better “big thing’ to happen than a rendition of the Christmas Carol- Bass style! 3 Ghosts, some say including Bart Bass himself are all set to appear to Chuck to make him see the true meaning of Christmas!

On the Serena front, things are not looking so good. As you see in the picture, she gets into a nasty accident. The good thing about it, is a reconciliation with Lily, so yay for that!
