Taylor Momsen Says ‘Gossip Girl’ Is ‘Shocking’ This Season

Gossip Girl actor Taylor Momsen is pumped to take her place as the East Side’s new Queen Bee on the third coming season of Gossip Girl. The third season premieres on Monday, and while she is a actor by day she is a party rocker by night, as she told MTV News. The writers have come up with some insane stuff for Jenny Humphrey and team to go through this year.
